How do I purchase through the on-line store?

Easy peasy! From the products section you can search for anything you want, once you choose your items, you add them to cart. Remember that below each product you will find their description and you can also calculate the shipping cost entering your postal code. After adding the items to the cart, you click the “start purchase” button, and there is where you will enter all your information, you choose payment method and you pay for your products. After that, you will receive purchase confirmation e-mail, and within a few days you will receive your products in your home.   

Do you make wholesale discounts?

You get discounts buying 6 aprons or more. Contact us so we can send you the wholesale products list!

If I want to make a wholesale Purchase, how long will it take to have the aprons made?

Depending on the quantity you order we can confirm the manufacturing period. However, we have enough stock for immediate delivery.

Do you make embroideries?

Yes! We make embroideries for 6-aprons purchases (or more). Contact us so we can send you all the relevant information!

How much is the shipping cost?

When you enter your postal code you will be able to see the shipping cost, at the check-out before starting your purchase. It is calculated based on the total purchase price and you location.

How are shipments made?

We work with DHL. 

Where can I receive my order?

We ship worldwide. Once we receive your payment we will dispatch your order during the following 48 hours. After that, the shipping company is responsible for delivery.

Once we send your order, you will receive an e-mail in which you will find a tracking number though which you’ll be able to see where your package is. Make sure to check your spam folder in case you don’t receive the e-mail, or contact us so we can send it.

How long does it takes for my order to arrive?

The delivery period will depend on the shipment method selected. Generally, it takes between 7 to 10 working days after we receive your payment.

How do I take care of my Gastronomic products?

Wash at a temperature not higher than 30 degrees Celsius.

How can I change the product I got?

Change Policies

If the product is failed we bear the shipping cost and we will make the necessary change.

If you’d like to change the product or color, you are to bear the shipping cost. In this case, we first must receive the product you’d like to change, and after that we send the changed product.

We do not accept changes if the product is used, stained, faded, torn, etc.
